General Design Rate and Information

Rates and prices may be subject to change with or without notice. All rates and prices are in Canadian dollars, and do not include GST. Certain conditions may apply to any price or package price.

Package Pricing
Wherever possible, I use special Package Pricing to save you money on the most popular products and services I provide.
Please note that certain conditions may apply to package pricing, such as the package price counting towards a set number of design hours. In certain circumstances, extra charges may apply for additional design hours or services.

Invoicing
Electris Design Ltd. invoices clients monthly for services rendered during the calendar month period. Invoices are delivered electronically via email (unless otherwise agreed) at or near the end of each calendar month; and become payable upon receipt. Overdue accounts (60 days or over) may be subject to an interest fee on the balance owing, at the discretion of Electris Design Ltd.

Non-Profit and Charitable Organizations
I enjoy giving back when I am able by offering discounted design for non-profit and charitable organizations (proof of non-profit/charitable status may be required). Please note I am able to do only a limited number of discounted projects depending on time constraints and current workload. Please contact me or send me a Custom Proposal Request with details of the project you with to undertake.

Custom Items
Additional services not outlined in the current fees, rates, and prices listed on this page (i.e. printing costs, custom items, etc.) shall be agreed to on a per-item basis via a Custom Proposal; either in writing, verbally, or via email. Proposals shall be valid for 60 days from the date of the proposal.

Referral Bonuses

Existing clients who refer Electris Design Ltd. to others earn referral bonuses when these referrals become clients!

In order to keep my rates and prices low, I do not run costly ads to promote and build my business, but rely on referrals from my satisfied clients. Word of mouth is the main method by which Electris Design Ltd. markets to new clients. Periodically, I may ask my clients their advice on whether they might wish to refer my services to others who might benefit, as they have, from the solutions and service I can provide. Referrals that become clients of Electris Design Ltd. entitle the existing client who has referred them to a referral bonus.
